Failed to request new refresh token ip:8080 connection refused

Hi,
after the ssl certificates are exchanged on sensu backend cluster server , it shows following message “failed to request new refresh token …client returned ip:8080 connect connection refused” for sensuctl cluster health. I have double check the certificates too and are fine. Earlier the cluster was working fine .
When I do "
sensuctl configure -n --url https://:8080 --format tabular --username --password ‘password’, it shows authentication failure. But I have given right username and password. Any solution regarding this problem.
