How to increase number of license before expired?

I think to buy sensu-go pro license.
There are 2 billing period, monthly and annually.
Annually is cheaper than monthly.
When I buy annually license, how to buy additional license before that license is expired?
Example:
- buy 150 license, annually
- 6 month later, need to increase license from 150 to 200.
- need to buy 50 additional license
In this case, should I buy monthly license?
